Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Cupid's Garden flowers. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns. You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items. Because of their delicate and perishable nature, custom or personalized arrangements, sale items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
Damaged or incorrect orders. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at cussenmindy@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
How to start a return. Email cussenmindy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval can't be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
