Shipping Policy

Processing time. Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. During peak periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and the winter holidays, processing may take longer.
Shipping rates and delivery. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the shipping method you choose. Standard delivery within the United States typically arrives 3 to 7 business days after shipping. Expedited options, when available, are shown at checkout.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Delays and lost packages. Once a package leaves our hands, delivery timing is in the carrier's control. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your carrier first, then email cussenmindy@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.
International shipping. Where available, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These aren't included in your order total.
